Wide Days presents New From Scotland
Although Wide Days is taking a pause for 2025 (we’ll be back in Autumn with a 2026 update), we’re pleased to announce a special event taking place on 1-2 May in Edinburgh in the meantime.
New From Scotland will showcase a selection of new artists over two nights at much-loved independent venues La Belle Angele and Sneaky Pete’s, as well as some daytime pop-up shows (more details to come on those…)
The lineup includes four acts selected to take part in our year-round talent development programme supported by PRS Foundation. Chosen by a panel of international industry and media, Gurry Wurry, Her Picture, Indoor Foxes andTheo Bleak will benefit from a comprehensive package of mentoring and support over the next 12-months.
On the Friday night, our friends at FOCUS Wales will take the reins, presenting a snapshot of acts audiences can look forward to seeing at the Wrexham festival the following week, including Scottish artists Eyve and Iona Fyfe, alongside Welsh hyperpop act TWST.
In the coming weeks we’ll be announcing final additions to the line up, plus details of those intimate pop-up performances - so stay tuned!
